The Bach Flower Remedy consultation is a confidential session to help you uncover and come to term with your emotional concerns, so that you have a better understanding of yourself and the life situation you are in, and learn effective ways to manage your emotional woes.

​These consultation sessions are meant to equip you with the clarity, confidence and strength to embark on your own self-care and self-help journey, the Bach flower remedy system is a self-help system so that you do not rely on anyone, but yourself, t to find peace and happiness in you.

​The practitioner is here to support, guide and assist you in your healing and self-discovery journey.

​In a typical first consultation,

• the practitioner will explain what is the Bach flower remedy system and the basic philosophy of Dr Edward Bach, the renowned UK physician who developed this system that has been used worldwide in the past 90 years

• the practitioner then invite you to share how you are feeling and the issues that you would like to work or improve on

• the practitioner will suggest relevant remedies, and discuss with you to finalize on the most suitable treatment mix according to your needs. The practitioner then prepares a personalized treatment bottle for your to bring home and advises you on the dosage and other details.

• during the consultation, if at any time that you feel uncomfortable or need time to recompose, you may pause the session until you are ready to continue

• you are respected as the expert in your own lived experiences, and the practitioner is here to share her professional knowledge and guide you to embark on a self-care journey

• the whole process usually takes 75 to 90 minutes

In a follow-up consultation about two to three weeks after your first consultation,​

• you are invited to share your experiences after using the Bach flower remedies

• the practitioner will guide you to review your emotional state and life situation, and discuss further issues that you would like to manage or improve on

• similar to the first consultation, remedies will be selected collectively for the preparation of your personalized treatment bottle

• a follow-up consultation is usually 45 – 60 minutes

Virtual consultation for both first time and follow-up sessions are available via video or phone at the same rate. For first consultation, video call is preferred. Please ensure that you are using a stable internet connection for the session.

​You can select to pick up your personalized treatment bottle at Centre of Joy or have it posted to you by mail (extra postage charge applies).

All interactions during consultation sessions and your records are kept confidential.
